We welcome you to plan your next event at the David S. Palmer Arena. We want everyone to be safe while at the arena, so we have etablished the following rules while using our venue.
General Arena Policies
Bottles, cans, coolers, fireworks, food, laser pointers, and recording devices are not permitted in Palmer Arena. It is the discretion of the show whether or not video cameras or still cameras are allowed for events. Video Cameras are almost never allowed, while still cameras usually are.
While many of these items will be confiscated at the main entrance, all employees will be alert to those items being brought into the facilities. If patrons are already inside the facility, the items will be confiscated, discarded or the patron may return the item to their vehicle. All confiscated items will be sent to the administrative office and held for pick-up for 30 days. After 30 days, the Palmer Arena will discard all items.
Banners may not be hung anywhere in the Arena by anyone other than those given written authorization to do so by Palmer Arena. Patrons must return any unwanted banners to their vehicle.
